Description
This patch contains the following:
- The addition of a checkbox widget - The addition of a "misc" options dialog containing settings for amiga pallete conversion and subtitles - Hotkey support. An additional hotkey field for defining the ascii code for a hotkey is tacked on to the end of GuiWidget and any widget that uses this will be checked for hotkeys - Clean up the about box. The ScummVM URL was partially concealed due to the textbox not being wide enough. Also, "All games (c) LucasArts" has been changed to "All games (c) LucasArts Except: Simon the Sorcerer (c) Adventuresoft". The OK button has been centered too
