Description
This patch corrects the transmission of pitchbend range information for MT-32 devices. Since pitchbend range is normally sent as a Registered Parameter Control Change, and these Control Change messages were defined after the MIDI 1.0 spec, the MT-32 does not respond to them. The MT-32 implemented its own pitchbend range, accessible via direct memory access from SysEx messages.
This patch is in response to Bug [812737]. Since I do not have an MT-32 and have no way of testing whether it works, you'll have to test it and post results, logicdeluxe.

Ref. Bug 812737 for followup discussion. Apparently this and all other SysEx approaches that were attempted failed to evoke the appropriate response from an MT-32. An interim solution has been put in CVS in the meantime.
