Description
Windows 64-bit development build 1.9.0git6641-gb93b818 (Sep 15 2016 04:57:51)
Run on Linux Mint 18 using Wine
I use the Ctrl+F5 method to use the 15 available save slots. This works well throughout the game, saving including the thumbnails and restoring.
Except in the tower. If you save at any time in the tower (I tried after at least 3 different actions in the room), the save appears to work and the thumbnail appears correctly on the restore menu. But actually restore it and the game crashes!
It may be because I am using Wine but it is odd how that is the only place I get a problem.
Attached are savefiles :
hires1-apple2.s00 - in the tower (crashes on restore)
hires1-apple2.s10 - in the attic (just before entering tower - restores fine)

Thanks for reporting this (and for testing the game!). This bug should be fixed now (rev. 866f7cb). You should be able to properly load the tower save game with the next daily build.
