SDL2: Small graphics distortion in fullscreen mode

OS: Windows 10
I noticed that in SDL2's fullscreen mode, there are 2 pixel lines which are slightly misaligned. It is most noticable in the launcher, but it is probably also visible in the games. This only happens when I disable the linear filtering and use the nearest-neighbor filtering. With linear filtering enabled, this bug does not occur.
I attached 3 screenshot that show the problem.
No issues in windowed mode or when using SDL1. Maybe an issue with the default nearest-neighbor filtering?
