FULLPIPE: Implement the "teleport" feature to the Map

Description

Game: Full Pipe (German/Windows)

The Map in the German release of Full Pipe has the feature to "teleport" the protagonist to places he already visited.

To use this, you have to open the map and simply click on the room you want to be teleported to. The red square indicates your destination room. You navigate around the map by simply moving the mouse cursor to the border of the window.

Maybe this feature can be implemented in ScummVM, preferabily as an optional engine option?

Done.

This was new code in the German version. Required gfx resources do not exist in the original Russian version.
