SCI: Enable save from ScummVM menu in SCI32 games

Description

Using the 5/11/2017 daily build, Torin Passage FRench, the Ctrl-F5
menu has save always greyed out. Saving from the in-game menubar
works.

At least for SCI16 games we had to disable saving from the ScummVM menu, because sometimes saving is not acceptable for the scripts and in case you create a save and restore it, game state will be broken.

OK. If feasible, a GUI clue or tip might be helpful. I only reported this because I was unfamiliar with Torin Passage, so I didn't discover the auto-hiding in-game menubar for an embarrassing period of time, and the usual Sierra F5/F7 has no effect in that game. So I was wondering about the greyed out save for some time.

As far as I know, nobody has looked to see if there is a way to enable the save game button in the ScummVM menu in SCI32, so I am converting this ticket into an enhancement request to see if it is possible to safely enable the feature.

Bug #10197 is a duplicate of this bug, but limited to Shivers 1 only. Since it has some further notes on it, I am leaving it open.

Unfortunately, this is not possible because this leads to bad engine state as the scripts are governing the process.
