I played through the Torin's Passage demo and there were 2 animations missing and one had the wrong birds talking at the beginning.
When Torin says "Hey Vultures..." as he is dropping the chicken breast he will not move his mouth, but he does on dosbox.
When the vultures are talking to each other they arn't moving there beaks as much as on dosbox (they open there beaks in dosbox).
Finally the dosbox has the right then the left vulture talk while scummvm has the left then the right talk/being emphasized.

This issue has been fixed in fdb87619c61c579cc2bb3162ae77b06e13d9cf91. This fix will be available in daily builds 1.10.0git-3319 and later. Thanks!
Thanks for your report! This problem is occurring because the demo does not include a selectors vocab (vocab 997), and there is something wrong with the static fallback selector table, so the code responsible for lip sync data is not working. Generating a vocab 997 patch file from the full release of Torin makes the animations work correctly, but I am still working on figuring out why a fallback table with the same data is broken.
