Description

Current development Debian build from buildbot doesn't start.
There are a mismatch with libcurl3 from buildbot setup and libcurl4 from Debian/sid.

./scummvm: /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libcurl.so.4: version `CURL_OPENSSL_3' not found (required by ./scummvm)

Stable build from buildbot works

libcurl4 (7.60.0-2)
OS Siduction 64bit (based on Debian sid)

This looks like a debian dissue and not a ScummVM issue. Seems that the introduction of libcurl4 in sid and other package managers broke multiple apps that compile against libcurl3 (Those are debian nomenclature, not a 3.0 vs 4.0 versions of curl).

There's various workarounds on the system side, on our end maybe we can considering packaging curl with the build.

I testing with ScummVM 2.2.0git1750-g7121a915d8 (Jan 1 2020 05:00:10) and this works now.
