i18n: Updated the Spanish Quick Guide

Description

I've tweaked the Spanish Quick Guide to do the following:

  • Update the website-related terms to follow the current translation.
  • Fix the formatting.
  • Some rewrites here and there.
  • Replaced all the quotation marks with the proper, angular ones.

I checked the current README file in English and decided to update both the English and Spanish versions of the Quick Guide with the latest information.
