ULTIMA: some Nuvie settings do not carry over to ScummVM

Description
There are some settings that don't yet carry over to ScummVM.
For example setting fullscreen in the in game options does not change the "fullscreen=true/false" preference but "video/fullscreen=yes/no" which is not being used by ScummVM.
Same with "use_new_dolls=true/false" "ultima6/use_new_dolls=no".
Not sure what else is not working yet, the preferences for Ultima 6 is a mess to read :)

I also have a problem that the settings that you put in the configuration file (or set in game and save) don't seem to stick.. for example the "input" section, if I set everything "yes" and save, next time I start the game they are all back to "no".

can confirm that the support nuvie offers for custom tilesets, including custom character tiles, is not present in ScummVM - disappointing after several years! suggest ultima 6 players stick with nuvie for now.
The fullscreen button is hooked up to ScummVM's fullscreen code. I'm leaving this open because there are still remaining things to ideally hook up, particularly for the Audio dialog.
