When loading a savegame in Kingsley's apartment in The Case of the Serrated Scalpel, there is a glitch where you can see him both seated (correctly) and partially standing up (incorrect).
This bug happens in the original game as well, so ScummVM is being a bit too correct here.
I'm attaching a screenshot, and a savegame from the English version.

I don't quite understand what happens, but it looks like the scene is loaded with Kingsley standing up.
I think the game engine keeps track of the old position of an object, so that it can erase it when it moves or changes state. I guess that information isn't properly maintained in this case?
