Chapter 2:
Pls load the atached savegame. You will notice that the door of the general trader is open. When you enter the room, the room is not shown.
Expected:
The save game was saved without having the key or ever used it. The door must be not be open in this situation!
Tested with scummvm: 2.7.0 2022.06.12 (x64 win, daily)

No, I can't remember. Tried the last savegame before the broken one but nothing seem to work for a "reproducer" :-(. Will try again the next days.

I've tried your saved game and noticed that the fish house interior is shown although Max is outside. If you visit the fish house once again, the general store door will be magically closed! You can also "close" the door by typing "toggle_flag 30" in the debugger console.
Anyway, to fix this issue we need to figure out why the fish house interior is still shown. Do you happen to remember what led to this?
