Description
Even if you try to copy the saved files and settings files already saved in the default folder and move them to another folder or USB storage device, you cannot back them up when changing or changing the device because you cannot access the root. Please create a way to back up save files and settings files.

I am not sure I quite understand the issue.
Can you clarify a few things for us?
ScummVM Android supports Cloud saves, as long as you set a Cloud storage from the Global Options, and also has the LAN server feature so you can backup your saves quickly to another device on your local network.
But if you save to an external physical storage (SD card or USB), you should be able to access these saved games on another device, or the same device (after a ScummVM reinstall or, say, a factory reset) as long as you set up again the SAF access as needed by Android for external storage.
Backing up your config file (so you can "save" your added games list) is a bit trickier and not automated. One reason for this is that the Android config file is not supposed to be portable and could not be compatible even with other Android devices due to how the file system and paths work on this OS.
