ULTIMA8: Fireballs after releasing Pyros can get stuck in mid-air

If you change areas as a fireball is falling from the sky, it gets saved in that position permanently. Other permanent map changes have occurred during my playthrough such as doors disappearing and frozen zombies in the catacombs. This might show a need to let processes finish before loading a new map.
Additionally, my save attached had a fire storm active which did not maintain palette transform on load.
