Description
Hey there,
I recently switched from an Samsung Galaxy to a A50 and used smart Switch to send all my files including my Scumm Games folder, over to my new phone. But now scumm can't add a few games including Simon the Sorcerer, eventhough it work on my old phone.
Scummvm Version 2.8.0 should be the same Version it worked on before, since i used smart switch. I would check on my tablet, but can't find the game file.
Simon 1 German i am not Sure about the medium, i think CD
This is the error Message i received.
The game in 'Simon1' seems to be an unknown game variant.
Please report the following data to the ScummVM team at https://bugs.scummvm.org/ along with the name of the game you tried to add and its version, language, etc.:

Can you check that you have all the game data files as in the old folder that used to work before?
I have not personally used smart Switch so I cannot speak of any potential issues there, but it has been my experience when copying files to an Android device, that the copying of some files could fail (limited space or some other more obscure reason), with little indication that it did.
In this particular case, according to our detection tables -- and my testing with the GOG classic (CD) version (with German chosen as game language), you also need two more files:
stripped.txt
andsimon.gme
. The checksums for the files shown in your report match mine, so those should be fine. However, if you are indeed missing the two files I've mentioned, it's better to check if the rest of the game's data files are missing or were not copied over correctly.
