SAGA: ITE - ScummVM 2.8.0 won't load compressed "Inherit the Earth Voices.cmp" created by compress_saga

Hi, I posted this issue on Discord and was asked by bluegr to file a bug report.

On ScummVM 2.8.0, I'm getting error messages when trying to load a compressed Inherit the Earth Voices.cmp that was generated by compress_saga (scummvm-tools-2.7.0-win32-x86_64). (The compressed files music.cmp and sounds.cmp seem to work.)

Step 1: Use scummvm-tools-2.7.0-win32-x86_64 to compress the Inherit the Earth Voices file, e.g.:

• PS D:\scummvm-tools-2.7.0-win32-x86_64> .\scummvm-tools-cli.exe --tool compress_saga --vorbis "D:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Inherit the Earth\Inherit the Earth Voices"

Step 2: Replace the Inherit the Earth Voices file with the compressed Inherit the Earth Voices.cmp

Step 3: Run the game via ScummVM.

Result: I get this error message upon trying to run the game:
