HUGO: Icon bar gets stuck with the DS port

Description
The Hugo engine renders the icon bar at the top using the ScummVM GUI. This causes problems with the DS port where it’s impossible to close once it’s open - clicking outside of the icon bar causes it to disappear and immediately reappear.
