Description
This only seems to affect a very specific moment of a very specific piece of music (the one that plays when you arrive at Thera and Crete) while using Adlib. It happens during regular gameplay, but it can be easily reproduced using boot params. To do so, start the game with boot param 878 (scummvm -d0 -b 878 atlantis). That will take you to the docks in Thera and the music will start playing. If you save the game during the first few seconds after the music starts (for instance, right after Indy says "Here I am on Thera"), whenever you load that savegame the music will be bugged: if you wait for a while (it doesn't take too long), the music will stop completely instead of looping. The same thing happens in Crete (boot param 4141). In fact, in Crete you can quickly go to the ruins to the left after loading the savegame and the music will stop immediately (presumably because that triggers a transition). Do note that, when arriving at Crete, there's another piece of music that plays very briefly before the problematic theme begins (if you save then, the bug won't reproduce).
This doesn't seem to be a problem with the savegame itself, since switching to Windows MIDI and loading the same savegame "fixes" it. But it will reliably happen with Adlib (the choice of Adlib emulator makes no difference).
I haven't been able to reproduce it in other areas of the game. And even in Thera and Crete, it only happens with a savegame created while the first few seconds of the music are playing. If you wait a bit longer to save the game and then load it, everything will work as expected.
Tested on Windows 10 on both 2.8.1 and the current 2.9.0 daily build. Fate of Atlantis CD Version.
