Description
After the introduction of multiple sound fx (but may be another thing), all games are very slow.

Updated the code in the timing algorithm, should work better. If you don't feel satisfied, reopen the bug.

I don't think it's related to sound fx.
I've done some changes in the main timer loop, and now I don't use exactly the same timing algorithm.
