Description
In the level with Queen Xina, if you get the axe and toss it at the skull without knocking it down, the sprite of wolfy on the chair will stay there, and never disappear, even if you save/reload, or leave the room and re-enter.

It's the US cd version, v1.000. Not too rare I don't think. Ok, one more time then. Also another note on this particular bug: the duplicate sprite will vanish if you pick up the axe on the ground, which becomes invisible when the glitch happens while the hotspot remains.

I can confirm the issue with above version of ScummVM.
Not quite though, i can make the doubled sprite vanish, by picking up the axe again. Though the axe sprite is not visible anymore after landing on the ground. If i click at the position where it landed it is still picked up and the doubled sprite is erased.
Another oddity which might or might not add to this issue is, that Blount refers to the 'skull' as 'cup-and-ball' in either clicking on it empty handed or when hovering the 'axe' in hand over it.
Maybe it's an american slang for a skull, maybe it's because the script that handles the throwing is broken and refers to another object in another room/scene, which in turn breaks the animation/sprites in this room/scene, not sure.
I have no idea if this behaviour also happens with the original binary.

ScummVM: daily build, 1.8.0git4124-g6b3df0d Game: Goblins Quest 3 CD (v1.02/DOS/English)
To reproduce: - Restore the attached game - Use GUN on CUP-AND-BALL
What happens: - Were-Blount climbs on the chair - He shoots the gun - A voice-over: "It's not a game, it keeps moving!" - He shoots the gun a second time - He complains using gibberish sounds
After this Blount is stuck: he cannot move anymore, he cannot use items, and if you switch to Fullbert you can't switch back to Blount again.
