Description
I'm using Debian GNU/Linux Woody, and the ScummVM version is:
$ scummvm -v ScummVM 0.3.0b Built on Dec 6 2002 11:14:10
When I start the game, it crushes:
$ scummvm indy3 Looking for indy3 Detected game 'Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade (256)', version 3.0.22
And it doesn't go ahead. The screen stays black.

I think I have set it up correct: english version works. The scummvm screen stays blacks and the console doesn't print any further messages.
With a higher debugging level there are a few more messages. Here are two examples:
------------------------------------------------------------------- $ scummvm -d3 indy3 Debugmode (level 3) on Looking for indy3 Detected game 'Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade (256)', version 3.0.22 File language.bnd not found --------------------------------------------------------------------- $ scummvm -d10 indy3 Debugmode (level 10) on Looking for indy3 Detected game 'Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade (256)', version 3.0.22 File language.bnd not found allocResTypeData(Buffer/buffer,454e4f4e,10,0) createResource(Buffer,1,65280) getResourceAddress(Buffer,1) == 135866660 readIndexFile() openRoom(-1) openRoom(0) openResourceFile(00.lfl) -----------------------------------------------------------------------

Are you sure you have set it up correct? I.e. do you have the right (256 color, not the old 16 color) version of Indy? Also, does the screen just stay black, or does ScummVM print any further messages? Try running with "-d2" or higher debugging level and tell us the final output.
Lastly, the german and english versions of Indy3 seem to work fine.
