i think on this phone the volume is lower than usual. right now I'm playing day of tentacle and flight of amazon queen. both music and sound are low. i have set the volume to maximum. i have problem with volume in another applications like smartmovie etc

Sorry if this sounds stupid, but... did you already check the global volume level of your phone? If it's not fully up, likely all your apps are limited by this.
And in the end, if the speakers of your phone is bad, then no sound amplification code in the world can help you, as it simply can't change physical properties of your phone! It'll just make it sound worse.

there's no such think as global volume. no rightone volume. some apps are ok like c2doom. i need to amplify volume in headphones volume without it is better. speaker is ok and hadphones too (i have 2). it's difficult to hear it in train etc. amplification in oggplay work fine

We are feeding your phone with max sound level. Making it higher will mean that awful sound artifacts will be added. It will definitely sound worse than now.

Did you already try turning up the volume?
And about which games are you talking? I.e. are we talking about MIDI music or sampled data?
