Buildbot for WinCE ARM build

Description
Since there are a lot of build-bots being made, it would have been nice to include an ARM build. Bug-reporting to Kostas or play-testing new engines on ARM devices will then be feasible. To rely on static builds from Lostech, and pncFreak's willingness to play-test these, is somewhat helpless?

You are not actually requesting anything in the text you wrote, but I assume that this is a very veiled way to say: "Could you please enhance buildbot to also build binaries for system XYZ?". It is not even clear what system you are requesting binaries for (ARM is just a processor, and is used by the Nintendo DS, WinCE devices, Linux, GP2x and more).
Well, it seems you are requesting a WinCE ARM binary (I stumbled by chance across this thread <http://forums.scummvm.org/viewtopic.php?p=47659#47659> where this request here seems to originate from) ;-). So I'll assume that's what you are asking for...
In general, we are happy to provide extra builds, but it can be very complicated to setup the required build chain. In particular, it requires somebody who is knowledgeable about the target system, and the required toolchain, and ideally also the ability to test the resulting builds. Seems Kostas doesn't have the time for it. If you know somebody who has the capability to setup such a build toolchain on a Debian Linux x86 system, tell him to contact us (maybe this "lostech" guy you mentioned?).
To sum it up: Any build that is "missing" is simply missing because nobody knowing how to make such a build / the require toolchain has volunteered to help out with setting up.
